Dressed in a beautiful Inbal Dror dress and looking happily in love - not to mention crazy beautiful - Spanish model Agueda Lopez married singer Luis Fonsi. The stunning bride opted to accessorize the mermaid dress with a modern ponytail, chandelier earrings and a smokey eye look. As little girls many of us dreamed of what our weddings would be like… Who will I marry? When will I get married? What kind of wedding will I have? And of course, which dress will I wear? Earlier this week, here at the store, we were reminiscing about our childhood fairy tale wedding dreams and we ended up at which movie bride we all wanted to be! Definitely, Maria from Sound of Music is a strong favorite, Princess Bride was too… but in the end it was Belle from Twilight that took the cake! Molly Sims Glows in Marchesa!
Once in a while, we come across weddings that are truly the makings of a little girl’s dream… And this week, when we saw supermodel Molly Sims’ gorgeous, rustic, elegant wedding we realized it was exactly what a fairy tale wedding should be! We had seen a couple of photos of the gorgeous bride over a year ago in People magazine, but when her photographer, Gia Canali, published a full gallery of this wedding, we were able to really admire Molly’s exquisite taste.
The bride wore a stunning Marchesa gown for this outdoor, chic wedding. Her hair was up with a sparkly, pretty hairpiece securing the flowy veil. The bridesmaids are gorgeous in tan, brown and black mismatched dresses. And the setting is just amazingly delightful! Elegant Friday, Happy Friday!
Hooray for Fridays! We hope you have had a great week… We definitely have had a busy week, but busy in a great way. We packed up Lazaro’s amazing trunk show. We have been meeting many newly engaged brides! And we have been preparing for today and tomorrow’s Monique Lhuillier Fall 2013 Collection trunk show! Ladies, this collection is DIVINE… But while prepping Monique’s collection, here at the shop, we have been talking about elegant, beautiful, timeless brides, and the one that keeps coming up is Princess Grace! Doesn’t Grace Kelly look so elegant and beautiful yet at ease in the picture above? Love the happiness!
